Job Description Incharge of all kitchen operations, Menu planning, Preparation, presentation & standardization of recipes. Quality control. Promotions & Festivals. Inventory & Cost Control & Profitability. Manage 1 restaurant, Banquet & Room Service Operations.
Desired Profile Hotel Mgmt. Handling of all Kitchen Operations. Age below 40 yrs. Good leader to lead 30 + staffing. Should have exp of handling fine dining, casual dining & banquets in 3 4 / 5 star Hotels. Exp in Indian, Continental & Oriental Cuisine.
